I am an Addictions Counsellor and Pranic Healer with a special interest in working with those who have loved ones in addictions.
As an Addictions Counsellor, I am rooted in the 12-Step Program, and believe addiction is an illness that can be managed with the right supports. In addition to my work with 1:1 clients, I also work in an Indigenous residential recovery setting and believe spirituality can be a resource and lifeline for people.
As a Pranic Healer, I believe in the body’s own capacity to heal itself and will teach you about how to re-balance yourself for optimal health.

Scar Tissue
I also facilitate a weekly online support group called "Scar Tissue".This group is a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space for those who have a loved one with an addiction to drugs and/or alcohol. Learn, heal, and grow with others who also have some scars.
