Triple Transformations Inc. ("we," "us") operates drsaira.ca, the website of Dr. Saira Sabzaali, Ph.D., RCC. This policy explains what information this website, our Supervision Circle registration pages, and the Supervision Circle members' community collect, and how we use it.
Two separate systems
This website, Supervision Circle registrations, and the Supervision Circle members' community collect only what you choose to give us: your name, email address, designation, payment details at checkout, and anything you write in a form or post in that community. None of these are used to store counselling or health information.
Counselling records (booking, intake forms, session notes, and billing) are kept separately in Jane, a practice management platform built for health professionals. When you book a session, you're using Jane, and Jane's privacy practices apply along with Dr. Saira's professional obligations as a Registered Clinical Counsellor. This includes Jane's appointment waitlist, where clients can ask to be notified of an earlier opening. That waitlist is part of Jane and isn't covered by this policy. Link to Jane's privacy policy.
Please don't send personal health information through this website's forms.
What we collect
Contact form: name, email, your message, and the topic you select.
Dr. Saira's newsletter ("Letters from Dr. Saira"): first name and email, only if you subscribe.
Supervision Circle waitlist: first name, email, and professional designation.
Supervision Circle registration: name, email, designation and affiliation, and billing details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we don't see or store your full card number.
Supervision Circle members' community: your profile and what you post.
Session recordings (Supervision Circle): live calls are recorded and stored on Zoom or Vimeo, never in this website or the members' community. A recording is shared, by private password-protected link, only with a member who missed that call and asks for it, then deleted within 7 days of the call.
Basic website data: our hosting platform may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and may use cookies.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are visited and for how long. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out tool.
Advertising pixel: we use the Meta pixel on our Supervision Circle and other course pages only. It tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that you visited those pages, so we can measure our ads and show our programs to people who've shown interest. We never place advertising pixels on counselling, booking, or contact pages. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
Social media messages: if you message us on Facebook or Instagram, your message, name, and profile are stored in our CRM so we can reply. Please don't share personal health details in messages; we can't offer counselling that way.
Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.

We don't sell your information.
Email consent
We only send emails to people who have agreed to receive them, and only for the purpose they agreed to. Joining the Supervision Circle waitlist means we'll email you about future Supervision Circle cohorts only. It doesn't sign you up for Dr. Saira's newsletter, which has its own separate checkbox. Being a counselling client, or joining an appointment waitlist in Jane, never adds you to any email list. If you're a client and would like the newsletter, you're welcome to sign up on this website yourself. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour unsubscribe requests promptly.
Where your information is stored
Our website, forms, the Supervision Circle members' community, and our emails run on HighLevel, which stores data in the United States using US-based cloud providers. Payments are processed by Stripe; Supervision Circle recordings are stored on Zoom or Vimeo; site analytics run on Google Analytics; and the Meta pixel is provided by Meta. These are US-based providers, so information you give us through this website is stored outside Canada and may be subject to US law. Your counselling records are not part of this: they stay in Jane.
How long we keep it
Contact records (contact form, newsletter, Supervision Circle waitlist, social messages): while you're actively in touch with us. We review our contact list once a year and delete contacts who haven't engaged with us in 3 years.
If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you right away. We keep your email address, the fact that you unsubscribed, and when, so we never email you again by mistake. We also keep a record of when and how you originally gave consent, as Canada's anti-spam law expects.
Supervision Circle registration and payment records: 7 years, for tax and accounting purposes.
Supervision Circle session recordings: deleted within 7 days of each call.
Supervision Circle members' community: member access ends when that year's cohort ends, and the community and its posts are deleted within 90 days after that.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. We'll delete it, except for records we're required to keep by law (such as payment records) and, if you've unsubscribed, the minimum needed to make sure we never email you again. When we delete information, copies may remain in our providers' backups for a short time (for HighLevel, up to about 30 days) before they're permanently removed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you have a concern we haven't resolved, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
Children
This website isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
