These terms apply when you register for the Supervision Circle with Dr. Saira Sabzaali, offered by Triple Transformations Inc.
In these terms:
"Cohort" means the group of practitioners registered for the Supervision Circle for a given year (for example, the 2027 cohort).
"Sessions" means the live online Supervision Circle group calls.
"Supervision Hub" means the private online space for members of your cohort. It includes the Discussion Forum, for questions and resources between sessions, and the Events page, where session links are posted.
"Supervision Agreement" means Dr. Saira's Disclosure Statement and Supervision Agreement, including its Confidentiality Agreement.
"Waitlist" means the Supervision Circle waitlist for future cohorts. It's separate from Dr. Saira's newsletter and from any appointment waitlist in Jane.
There are two documents, and they work together:
These terms cover your registration: what's included, payment, refunds, recordings, and the Supervision Hub.
Your Supervision Agreement covers the supervision relationship itself: Dr. Saira's approach and credentials, your responsibilities as a supervisee, confidentiality, emergencies, and how concerns are handled.
If the two ever seem to differ on payment, refunds, or access, these terms apply.
Within 3 business days of registering, Dr. Saira will email you her Supervision Agreement.
Please read it, sign it, and return it before your first session. You need a signed agreement to join sessions.
If you decide not to sign it, tell us before your first session and we'll refund what you've paid in full, even if the 7-day refund window has passed.
The Supervision Circle is for practicing mental health professionals, including:
Clinical Counsellors
Psychotherapists
Psychologists
Psychiatrists
Registered Therapeutic Counsellors
Social Workers
Addiction Counsellors
Mental Health Counsellors
Mental Health Nurses
It's also open to other practitioners interested in using a transpersonal approach in their therapy practice.
Coaches may join at Dr. Saira's discretion. If you're a coach, please contact Dr. Saira before registering. If you register without doing so and the Circle isn't the right fit, we'll refund what you've paid in full.
Requirements for supervision hours differ by profession, association, and organization. Check with yours about whether these hours count (see Supervision hours).
Registration for the 2027 cohort closes on January 31, 2027. After that, no one new joins the cohort, even if seats are still open.
If you join after sessions have started, the fee is the same. Sessions held before you joined aren't prorated or refunded, and their recordings may no longer be available.
The Supervision Circle is a year of group supervision, offered three ways:
Live sessions: 10 group supervision sessions on Zoom, 6:00 to 8:00 pm Pacific, generally on the first Monday of the month. For the 2027 cohort: January 11, February 1, March 1, April 5, May 3, June 7, July 5, September 13, October 4, and November 1. There are no sessions in August or December. Sessions include case consultation, case conceptualization, role-plays, and possible review of client session recordings and notes, with support on clinical documentation if you ask for it.
The Supervision Hub: a private online space for your cohort, moderated by Dr. Saira, for the length of the cohort. Its Discussion Forum is for questions, resources, and support between sessions. The Zoom link for each session is posted on its Events page ahead of time. Please don't share session links with anyone outside your cohort.
Contact with Dr. Saira for client emergencies, as set out in your Supervision Agreement.
Your cohort has up to 12 practitioners. If you miss a session, you can ask for its recording, available for up to 7 days after the call, then deleted (sometimes sooner).
CCPA and BCACC members: $999 CAD paid in full, or 10 monthly payments of $105. Your membership number is required at registration, and we may verify it.
Standard rate (all other eligible practitioners): $1,199 CAD paid in full, or 10 monthly payments of $125.
Prices are in Canadian dollars. No GST is charged.
Paying in full, or making the first monthly payment, holds your seat.
Monthly payment plans
Choosing the monthly plan means committing to all 10 payments. Stopping payments doesn't cancel your registration or what you owe.
Payments are charged automatically to the card you register with, starting on the day you register.
If a payment fails and isn't resolved within 7 days, your access to sessions, recordings, and the Supervision Hub is paused until it is.
If you request a refund within the 7-day window (see Refunds), we'll refund what you've paid and cancel the remaining payments.
You'll receive a receipt by email for each payment.
Change your mind? If you request a refund within 7 days of payment, and before you attend your first session, you'll get a full refund. Email [email protected].
Decide not to sign the Supervision Agreement? Tell us before your first session and you'll get a full refund.
After that, your fee holds a seat in a small group for the full year, so there are no refunds, except if we cancel the cohort (see below) or as described under Who can join. There are no refunds or make-up sessions for sessions you miss.
If you can't attend a session, email Dr. Saira at least 48 hours before.
Come ready to take part in discussion and case consultation. About once a quarter, you may be asked to prepare a case presentation or case scenario for the group.
You're responsible for tracking your own supervision hours. Dr. Saira will confirm your hours in writing if your association or practicum site requires it.
Low attendance. Group supervision needs a group. If two or fewer members can attend a session, based on the absence notices received 48 hours before, Dr. Saira may cancel that month's session. We'll let you know at least 24 hours ahead. Cancelled sessions for low attendance aren't rescheduled or refunded. Supervision continues through the Discussion Forum, and you can bring urgent client concerns to Dr. Saira as set out in your Supervision Agreement.
If Dr. Saira cancels for any other reason, such as illness, we'll reschedule the session and let you know as early as possible.
If we cancel the whole cohort before it starts, you'll get a full refund.
You can end your participation at any time. Your fee holds your seat for the full cohort, and that seat can't be offered to someone else once registration closes. So ending early doesn't entitle you to a refund, and any remaining monthly payments are still due.
Circle sessions
Sessions are recorded so members who miss a call can catch up.
Recordings aren't shared by default. If you miss a session, email Dr. Saira and she'll send you a private, view-only link.
Recordings are deleted within 7 days of each session, sometimes sooner.
Don't download, copy, screen-record, or share recordings or links to them.
By registering, you consent to being recorded during sessions.
Recordings of your own client sessions
If you share a recording of a client session for review, you're responsible for having your client's informed consent.
Share it only directly with Dr. Saira, as she directs. Never post it in the Supervision Hub.
Dr. Saira stores it on an encrypted, password-protected computer and permanently deletes it after review.
Never share client names or identifying details in sessions or in the Discussion Forum. Present cases in a de-identified way.
What other members share stays in the circle. Don't repeat it outside.
Join sessions from a private space where others can't overhear.
You'll sign Dr. Saira's Confidentiality Agreement as part of your Supervision Agreement.
You remain responsible for your own professional and ethical obligations to your clients and your regulator.
The Discussion Forum is for sharing what you're working through, questions, and resources between sessions.
No client details, case details that could identify anyone, or client documents.
Be respectful. Dr. Saira moderates the Supervision Hub and may remove posts or members who don't follow these guidelines, without a refund.
The Supervision Hub is not for emergencies. For a client emergency, follow the contact steps in your Supervision Agreement.
Your access to the Supervision Hub ends when the cohort ends. The Supervision Hub, including all posts and shared files, is deleted within 90 days after that. Save anything you want to keep before the cohort ends.
Many practitioners have used circle hours toward their association's supervision requirements. Requirements differ by association, designation, and organization, so check with yours before relying on these hours. We'll provide documentation of your attendance on request.
The Supervision Circle is professional development and clinical supervision. It is not personal counselling or therapy.
