Content on this website, including articles, videos, and newsletters, is for general information and education. It is not counselling, therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice, and reading it doesn't create a counselling relationship. A counselling relationship begins only after you book through Jane and complete intake.

Credentials
"Dr." refers to Saira Sabzaali's doctorate (Ph.D.) in transpersonal psychology. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, not a medical doctor or psychologist, and does not diagnose or prescribe.
Who can book
Counselling services are for adults 18 and over.
Fees, booking, and cancellations
Session fees, booking, and cancellation policies are shown in Jane at the time of booking. Supervision Circle registrations are covered by the Supervision Circle Terms. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars and GST is added where it applies.
